Tsunami Blue
break m e in your sharp curves
sink me in
blue algae
turn fiery wholesome
death silent.
he flung me o u t
violent
deep ocean

I
refuse a i r
my lips are sealed in wax
eyelids hide the deep rolls
of fitful slumber
this wreaking storm
a reprieve from you
promises of bright
sky
I am.
Iam
Iamb.

You
slam me
into looted ships
through rusty metal anchors
in leftover concrete buildings
the bottom
of
sea
my bones
shattered
tendon ends fraying
the feeble drift of a maimed
jelly fish

the current unclasped
the once gold
vermeil neck
lace
that choked

I wake up
a white pearl
a f l o a t
