Layered Fragments, Becoming Whole

In Mar-i-gold notes

Never mind starting them indoors
mid-May is around the corner

I accept you.

They say you’ll bloom into sunset clouds
Molten orange reds
velvet dress dancing on flower skin
on p e t a l s
valley of valleys

hearty thoughts

My lashes fluttered closed
dew drops escaped
And I found myself there once more
floating on/
our hands clasped
as we watch the sky move into a deep indigo haze

blooms wrought in silence

booming rapid heartbeats
flushed cheeks
a deep ruby

two marigolds

dream in seeds
Mar-i-gold
